Here's How This Works:

1. You Join. You Get Direct Acccess To Me.

Within 24 hours of joining, you'll get access to your member portal. This is not a pretty membership page. It's a single page with a private video conference link and tips for how to get the most value from our time together. This isn't a “contact form” or a “support ticket”. It's the private link exclusively for Elite Access members. To protect my time, the link changes every week, and the new link will always be posted in your member portal.

2. Every Week, My Assistant Posts My Current Office Hours.

At least 24 hours in advance, Emily posts the hours I'm available that week. She's been managing my schedule for over 20 years, so she's great at this. Office hours will always fall somewhere between 9am and 7pm Eastern and will total at least 3 hours. Sometimes that's broken into multiple blocks throughout the day. Sometimes it's all at once. It depends on what's happening in my companies that day, but members always get at least 3 hours to call in per week.

3. You Call. I Answer. We Get to Work.

First-come, first-served. When you join during Open Office Hours, you’ll enter the waiting room. If I’m already with another member, I’ll keep things moving and bring people in one at a time, in the order they arrived.

We talk about what you're working on, what's stuck, or what decision you're wrestling with. I ask a few questions to get clear. Then I share exactly what I'd do if I were in your shoes.

Maybe it's a 10-minute conversation. Maybe it's 15. Depends on the problem. But we'll go fast so you can get back to work and grow. Come prepared.

Here's the reality: other members will be waiting. My goal is to help everyone get unstuck and move the needle every week. So our conversations will be focused and rapid-fire. I'll bring value, then move to the next member.

4. Call As Often As You Want.

Want to talk every Wednesday? Go for it. Want to talk once a quarter when you hit a major decision point? That works too. Many members call 1 to 2 times a year and still get 10 to 100x the value because one targeted conversation can shift everything.

5. No Recordings. No Replays. Just Real Conversations.

But I'm not archiving these or sending you replays afterward.
