CHRIS GUERRIERO Entrepreneur. Investor. Advisor. Speaker.

I Went Radio Silent For 4 Months. Here’s What I Was Building, And How It Doubled Our Growth Curve…

No emails, no posting on social media… just meetings with some of the top minds in AI.

And I need you to understand what I mean by that, because I’m not talking about people who sell AI courses, post screenshots of prompts on social media, or just watch a few videos and think they should be teaching business owners what to do next.

I’m talking about real entrepreneurs with real 7, 8, and 9 figure companies who are under the gun to make AI do more than just write better emails.

We’re using AI at a completely different level.

And now, after sharing this with the companies I advise in Club 28, it’s clear that most entrepreneurs are using AI wrong.

They’re using it like employees.

They’re using it to write content, build reports, research things, clean up notes, or make and post videos.

This is going to sound rude but… if that’s what you’re using AI for, then you’d make a great employee.

And that’s what AI has done to most entrepreneurs.

It’s turned them into highly effective employees inside their own companies.

Out of all the people I know who are using AI heavily, who all own serious companies, my guess is that just 1% are using it the right way. And that 1% are growing their companies faster and with far more efficiency.

What they’re NOT doing is… chasing every AI that comes out, and they are not letting social media scare them into thinking they need to master a new platform every month.

They’re using AI to become more productive at what they’re already great at.

If You’re Running A Company Between $1M And $50M, There’s Something You Need To Know About AI

The reason your Facebook ad costs keep climbing. The reason your payroll keeps expanding even when revenue is flat. The reason vendor costs grow every quarter without a better return…

…isn’t the economy.

The truth is - there’s a way to use AI to make it run like a business partner who never sleeps.

It works through the night. It handles functions that used to cost you $10,000 or $15,000 a month. It helps you find better people, reduces overhead, and runs hundreds of ad variations.

All while reporting key metrics back to you, so you can make better, faster decisions… in every part of business.

Then there’s a way to use AI that’s just like having another very expensive employee you can’t fire.

The difference between those two versions separates entrepreneurs who are scaling right now, and everyone else who’s confused and trying to keep up with every new AI platform.

Roughly 1% of entrepreneurs have this figured out. And they’re not sharing it at conferences. They’re not teaching it in courses. They’re not posting it on Instagram.

So, if that’s where you’re getting your AI knowledge, you’re just absorbing “Employee” skills.

How AI Can Now Collapse Time Frames

Over the last several months, you may have noticed I went quiet. No emails. No social media posts. I was literally locked up, staying up late and mono-focused on building processes with AI that helped us collapse time frames.

What took us months, now takes a day, but more importantly, once it’s done, the process is created… then improved every day, behind-the-scenes, so our AI gets smarter (no more guessing, no more hallucinating, no more long hours cursing at the screen… those of you who are really building with AI know exactly what I mean :)

Chris Guerriero mapping an AI system of agents and workflows on the board while a founder works alongside him

That only became possible because I started using AI correctly, like an entrepreneur. Not based on what employees were telling me, or what vendors were pitching. Because both of those approaches were dramatically slowing things down.

Your team and vendors are protecting their jobs. Not your bottom line.

What moved the needle in each of my companies was something completely different.

I sat down with friends. Other successful entrepreneurs who were also building with AI.

Not attending seminars. Not watching videos.

Actually sitting together with our laptops open, testing everything in front of each other, and sharing what was working and what wasn’t.

My team ran the research that fed most of our ideas.

That combination triggered growth in every company in my portfolio. Every company exceeded its projected growth targets. Some by as much as 310% since then.

That’s not just an ad campaign that did well. That’s every business, across every category, growing faster than we expected.

Then about a month ago, I was talking with a close friend.

He’s known me for over 25 years. He’s seen me build companies across multiple industries. And I’ve watched him do the same.

He told me he’d never seen me this productive.

He couldn’t understand how I could be getting so much done with less people, how my conversions could be so high, or how our CPA could be so low.

The next day he called and asked if I could help him set up his laptop the same way.

So I invited him to my office in Wellington, and we spent a full day building his system. Not a copy of mine, but one built 100% for his company and his work habits, and before he left, his laptop was completely configured.

He’s texted me almost every day since then, and he just wrapped up his third record week in a row.

Everything in his business is completely different than it was just a few months ago where his Facebook ad costs were higher, payroll was up, and the financial pressure was easy to see, because nearly every email he sent was built around heavy discounts, trying to make up for sales that weren’t coming in at full price.

If any of that sounds familiar, here’s what it actually takes to turn it around…

The entrepreneurs in the top 1% are running hundreds of new ad variations every day in their marketing, because that’s what Facebook rewards right now, but that kind of volume used to be impossible without a massive team. It’s not anymore.

AI, used the right way, makes your company scale… used the wrong way, it puts you at the mercy of vendors whose only mission is to grow their business…

Those vendors make you feel like you finally found the solution, impress the hell out of you for a month, then offload you to someone new on their team because that vendor is growing and needs to keep onboarding new (novice) team members.

Every month after that, they overpromise, under-deliver, blame you, and you’re left farther behind than you were before… WAIT - then you go to a seminar and you find another vendor who makes you feel like you finally found the solution… again, and the process starts over.

The Only Person In Your Business Who Can Use AI Like An Entrepreneur Is You.

Companies that know how to use AI the right way already have a significant edge over competitors who are still relying on social media, seminars, or whatever their team says is the latest, greatest AI:

Amazon

Amazon cut 14,000 corporate jobs in late 2025, and another 16,000 at the start of 2026. Not because the market softened. Their own leadership said it was because advances in AI allowed them to operate more efficiently with fewer people.

Block

Block (Jack Dorsey’s company) cut their workforce nearly in half. From 10,000 down to under 6,000. They said AI was the reason.

Meta

Meta cut 8,000 people. 10% of their entire workforce.

Baker McKenzie

Baker McKenzie, one of the largest law firms in the world, cut almost 1,000 people, attributed directly to AI replacing their functions.

None of these are tech companies that were adjusting to a slow quarter.

That friend I mentioned earlier who came to my place and spent A SINGLE DAY getting things set up… there was one task in his business that cost over $14,000 a month.

AI handles it now, and it does a better job. That’s just one task out of the list of tasks he fixed during that one day.

So ask yourself this: what would you want AI to fully handle inside your company?

What functions that eat into margin month-after-month, could be fixed if your AI was working with you like a true business partner, instead of sitting off to the side as just another tool your team keeps promising will actually grow your business?

AI On Steroids

I remember when the internet became mainstream. I owned a chain of health clubs, and one of our members came over to me and asked why I didn’t have a website. I totally thought he had no clue who he was talking to… how amazingly awesome I was as a business person in my 20’s.

Yes, I was completely jaded and obviously drunk on the little success I had.

But I couldn’t understand why anyone would waste time building a website when we were pulling in new members every day from our street sign and the few postcards we sent out each month.

Fast forward just a year, and I started struggling because my competitors had killer websites and my chain didn’t (we obviously paid a lot of extra money to catch up after that).

But here’s what happened behind the scenes. Every website designer wanted to build us a brochure website, which is basically an information site. The result. We almost lost everything to an industry that was growing past what I had spent a decade building.

Until we started using common sense…

I learned how to build a website, then locked myself up for a weekend and white-boarded what I wanted our prospects and members to see when they hit our new website.

That turned into a site that allowed people to sign up for classes online, and get live member-support, and request free guest passes, and after almost losing everything, we started making more sales FROM OUR WEBSITE than we did from all our other marketing combined.

That’s where we are right now with AI.

Unfortunately, most entrepreneurs are allowing their team to handle their AI, and that’s not bad… but without you knowing how to use AI like an entrepreneur, you lose control of your business fast.

Right now, you’re not behind because you haven’t worked hard enough.

You’re Behind Because You’re Using The Right Information About AI The Wrong Way.

Here are the 2 steps that give you an upper hand almost instantly…

First – define for your team exactly what the goal is for their department, then give them access to the best AI training that helps them reach that goal, but…

That alone will kill your business.

As an entrepreneur, you have a responsibility (to your customers, to your prospects, to your team, to your company, to your family and to yourself) to grow every year, if not every quarter or every month.

And to do that, you need to have your AI set up so it gives you control.

Your team can be specialists in their field, but your personal AI setup should give you control.

The Next Level Of AI

Chris Guerriero working one-on-one with a founder, laptops open, in his Wellington office

When I went radio silent for 4 months and privately met with those entrepreneurs who all had 7, 8, and 9 figure companies, all of us under the gun to make AI do more for us.

We all started using AI at a completely different level – and we all grew because of it. My companies doubled our growth curve.

Then when my friend came over and we spent a day making his AI setup as smart as mine – that immediately reduced his expenses and grew his bottom line.

Since then, I’ve invited 6 other people into my office to spend a full-day upgrading their AI too. The most recent was last weekend, and when he left for the airport, his system was already building reports that he used to pay someone 6-figures a year to do.

This has been a game changer for each of those companies, and it’s also been a way for me to find companies that are a good fit for my full-year advisory program “Club 28”.

I spend a full day with someone, tweak their AI setup so they can grow, make more revenue, reduce expenses, possibly even exit for a bigger payout or use AI to acquire other companies… and at the same time determine if they’re a good fit for Club 28.

So, between now and the end of the year, I set aside 10 days in my calendar.

One full day per person, in my boardroom or home office in Wellington, Florida. Just you and me.

You watch me work inside my actual companies - not a demo, not a presentation. Real decisions. Real AI running live inside a growing portfolio because as humans, we learn more from seeing than from being taught. So you get to look behind the curtain.

Then we build your AI. Not a copy of my system. Not a template.

Built for your industry, your team, how you actually run your company day to day, how you like to work, and how you want AI to work. I’m with you the whole time, helping configure and train your AI for your life.

Before you leave, your laptop is running. Skills, agents, workflows - all built for your business. You don’t walk out with a list of things to implement. You walk out with your laptop already running.

We go over how to use AI as an entrepreneur. Not the way employees or vendors have been showing you. The way it actually needs to work when you’re sitting in front of it.

I show you what I’m doing inside my companies - what’s working in paid advertising, how AI is helping with hiring, onboarding and firing, how we make fast decisions off truly accurate data instead of waiting for someone to compile a report, and a lot more.

Throughout the day, we’ll have healthy food and drinks - everything to keep us mentally and physically focused.

And when we’re done, we’ll go to one of my favorite spots for dinner because...

Some of the best brainstorming happens over a meal, when we let our guard down.

This is when everything we discussed gets clear.

The goal is that you have absolute clarity on what you’re doing, and a system that’s already running even before you leave.

Alex Goen

“When you see how methodical Chris’ approach is, you understand instantly how he can assure dramatic business growth. Chris is a very brilliant man in his discipline. He’s a very strategic-minded person, but his even stronger suit is figuring out the systems, the process, and the procedures that drive, sustain, maintain and replicate a system so a company can grow and become great. That is what is missing in most entrepreneurial companies.”

Introducing Wellington

The palm-lined entrance drive into Wellington, Florida

My office is in Wellington FL, the equestrian capital of America, known for attracting ultra-high-net-worth families, world-class athletes, and celebrities like: Bruce Springsteen, Bill Gates, Michael Bloomberg, Madonna, Ralph Lauren, Tommy Lee Jones, Lou Dobbs, Christian Pulisic, and unassuming, but uber successful business people who want to fly under the radar but enjoy the luxury and privacy that Wellington is famous for.

These people don’t end up in the same zip code by accident. Wellington draws people who have already done something significant and want to be somewhere quiet and serious with other smart people.

When you fly in, you’re not walking into a conference hotel. You’re walking into either my boardroom or home office where I operate a portfolio of companies every day.

You’ll fly into PBI airport (the same one Donald Trump parks his plane at). I’ve been in hundreds of airports, and this one is my favorite by far. It’s small, clean, and super easy to navigate. The moment you get off the plane, you’re in the car faster than almost any airport.

Going home is the same story. You get through security fast and you’re at your gate with time to kill. It’s the opposite of what most people expect when they hear ‘flying into Florida.’

Bob Gallo

“Chris has the unique ability to radically shorten the time frame to success and leaves you with an understanding of how to further scale your business. I’ve built and sold 3 companies while knowing him and I’ve watched him successfully start and grow multiple successful companies himself. He takes the complicated and boils it down to simple recipes for success that deliver transferrable lasting value.”

Bob Gallo, Co-Founder, Optimum Textiles | CEO, Rhino Holdings

Darren Hardy

“Too many people tell you how to do things they haven’t done themselves. Chris Guerriero has done it, repeatedly, which is why I recommend him. Chris’ proven path to success will provide you a shortcut to yours.”

Who This Is (And Is Not) For

This is for entrepreneurs and business owners running companies between $1M to $50M who are ready to use AI like other highly successful entrepreneurs, instead of just relying on what others are telling them.

This is not for you if you think you already know AI. It’s not for you if you’re comfortable letting your team dictate where your company is going based on what they know about AI. It’s not for you if you’re under a million in revenue.

And it’s not for you if you are not already investing in the growth of your business.

This is a full day with me, focused on one thing: helping you find the places where AI can make the biggest impact inside your company right now.

Get Your Business To The Next Level In 1 Day

Together, we’ll whiteboard every part of your business and identify where AI can help you move faster, make better decisions, increase revenue, reduce expenses, and become more productive personally.

My advisory clients pay a minimum of $120,000 a year for a few hours of my time each month. All so they stay plugged into exactly what’s working right now to grow companies.

My normal fee for a full day is $50,000. You get all that plus the AI assets, skills, and agents that I use to run a portfolio of companies, optimized for your business, your industry and your style of work. And a luxury dinner to debrief and continue talking about whatever else is on your mind related to business growth, wealth accumulation, personal fulfillment, or family life.

Your Investment

$10,000

Pay in full, or split it — $5,000 to secure your day, and $5,000 two weeks before you arrive.

Only 10 Private AI Days Are Open

Here’s how this works

  1. 1Complete the 5-minute application now to claim one of the 10 days in my boardroom.
  2. 2If approved, you and I will get on a 20-minute call together.
  3. 3If we both agree it’s a fit, you pay and secure your spot.

One day. Everything installed. Running on your machine before you leave.

The reason I’m doing it this way is simple.

Every time I spend a full day brainstorming with a smart entrepreneur, I see something I can use, improve, or apply inside one of my own companies.

During the day, you’ll absorb the AI assets I’ve been building inside my companies, so your system is as smart as mine. And if we develop something together that improves the way I use AI, I’m going to absorb that into my system too.

This is a private day with me. You and I will be working one-on-one in my office with no distractions. People have flown in from Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Asia, and all over America to plug in and get this kind of mono-focus on growing their business.

Frequently Asked Questions

It starts with the application on this page. If approved, you and I get on a 20-minute call. If we both agree it’s a fit, you secure your spot with payment at the end of that call. From there, Emily will reach out to you personally. She’s been my executive assistant for over 20 years and is extremely good at fitting things into my schedule. All of my full-day meetings are booked on a Friday or Saturday, and Emily will work with you to lock in a day that’s convenient for both of us as soon as possible.
Yes. After securing your spot, Emily will work with you to coordinate a date that’s convenient for both of us. She’s used to coordinating time with busy executives, so feel free to let her know what month works best for you and she’ll do her magic and let you know what can work on my end.
You do NOT need to be technical. That’s the entire point of doing this in person. I’m sitting right next to you the whole day, configuring and training your AI with you. You don’t need to know how any of it works under the hood — before you leave, your laptop is already running.
You’re NOT on your own after you leave. A day like this gives you so much that it can feel like drinking from a fire hose at times, so within thirty days of leaving you’ll get a follow-up twenty-minute Zoom call with me. You schedule it with Emily or right here in the office before you fly home. The clients who get the most out of this are the ones who use that time in the weeks afterward, to ask their follow-up questions, share their screen with me, and pick up any newer skills I’ve built that I think would move your business forward.
All of them. Any company between $1M and $50M. My own portfolio spans multiple industries, and every one of them grew using the same approach. We build your setup around your specific business, your team, and how you actually run your company — not a template.
Most things will change in the next three months! What you’re learning here is how to use AI like an entrepreneur, which is not an app that will change or a single skill or hack that will expire. What you will learn is how to stop chasing every new platform and instead have a system that improves itself every day so you stay ahead instead of constantly feeling like you have to start over.
Your laptop and the way you actually run your business. We build everything — skills, agents, and workflows — directly on your machine, so before you leave it’s already running. Emily will send you everything else you need ahead of your day.
Yes. You can pay in full, or split it — $5,000 to secure your day, and $5,000 two weeks before you arrive.
Your investment covers the full day in my boardroom or in my home office in Wellington, Florida, plus all the AI upgrades we make in your system, as well as healthy snacks throughout the day and dinner after we’re done. Travel/lodging/software subscriptions are not included. Once your day is booked, Emily will send you a list of nearby hotels, along with additional travel and itinerary tips to make this extremely easy for you.
Once your day is reserved, that time is held specifically for you.
