FOR PURPOSES OF THESE TERMS OF USE AND SERVICE, THE TERM “COMPANY,” “WE,” “US,” AND “OUR” REFERS INDIVIDUALLY AND COLLECTIVELY TO:

Together with any parent company, holding company, subsidiary, affiliate, related entity, predecessor, successor, or assign, whether now existing or formed in the future, and all of their respective owners, members, partners, managers, officers, directors, employees, contractors, consultants, speakers, vendors, licensors, investors, representatives, and agents, in any capacity. Any reference to Chris Guerriero is made solely in his capacity as a speaker, educator, and brand representative of the Company, and not in any individual, personal, fiduciary, managerial, ownership, or advisory capacity. No personal liability, obligation, or duty of care is created or implied by such reference. No partnership, joint venture, agency, fiduciary, employment, or representative relationship is created between you and the Company or among any of the Company entities by virtue of your use of this site or participation in any program.

Refund Policy

We stand behind all of our products and your satisfaction is very important to us. All purchases made from Company. (including all related website properties, sales over the phone, and live event on-site purchases) are covered by the following policies.

General
Offers/Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with each other unless otherwise stated. Coupons are only valid during the advertised promotion period. Prices are subject to change without notice. Gift Cards are non-refundable.

Physical Products
If you are not completely satisfied, simply return the physical product in NEW condition, along with proof of purchase, within 30 days and you will receive a full refund (less shipping and handling). You can contact our Customer Service Department at support (at) totalonlinemedia (dot) com for refund procedures.

Digital Downloads
All digital and downloadable product sales are final. We do not offer digital product refunds, once a download/digital access has been assigned to you there is nothing we can do to retrieve back.

If you have any problems accessing the digital content you have purchased please contact our Customer Support Department immediately at support (at) totalonlinemedia (dot) com so we can resolve the issue. Digital product purchases do not grant rights to the buyer to share, reproduce or resell the product in any way.

Live Event Tickets
All live event tickets are non-refundable, with no exceptions. However, all tickets are 100% guaranteed risk-free. If for any reason you are unable to attend, you can request a 100% credit at our store or you may use the credit for a future live event. All tickets are transferable. Payment Plans
If a product or service is purchased utilizing a monthly payment plan the customer is responsible for 100% of agreed-upon payments equaling the original purchase price of the product. If any payments are not received, the entire purchase is void and the payments made up to that point are forfeited to Total Online Media, LLC and will not be refunded. Access to any digital product or platform will be removed.

Advisory Programs – Refund and Cancellation Policy
The sections above govern advisory and/or consulting programs, physical products, digital downloads, live event tickets, and payment plan products. All programs, including but not limited to Club 28 and all other business advisory, consulting, and coaching programs offered by Wisdom Books Holdings, LLC, Total Online Media, LLC, and Advanced Business Growth, LLC – are governed exclusively by the terms set forth in this section. In the event of any conflict between this section and any other provision of this Refund Policy with respect to advisory programs, this section shall control.

Billing and Term

All advisory programs are billed on a month-to-month basis. There are no minimum term commitments, long-term contracts, or payment obligations extending beyond the then-current billing month.

Cancellation
You may cancel your enrollment at any time, for any reason, by submitting a written cancellation request via email to support (at) totalonlinemedia (dot) com or by contacting us by telephone during normal business hours. All cancellation requests must be received in writing to be effective. Verbal notice alone does not constitute a valid cancellation.

Effect Of Cancellation
Upon receipt of a valid written cancellation request: (i) no further charges will be assessed to your payment method for any period following the then-current billing period; (ii) your access to advisory sessions will conclude at the end of the then-current billing period, or immediately upon your written request; and (iii) no refunds will be issued for any billing period already paid. All fees paid for a given billing period are fully earned upon the commencement of that billing period and are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Your Responsibility To Cancel

THE COMPANY HAS NO OBLIGATION TO INDEPENDENTLY MONITOR YOUR BUSINESS PERFORMANCE, REVENUE, EXPENSES, SATISFACTION, OR RESULTS IN CONNECTION WITH ANY ADVISORY PROGRAM. IF AT ANY TIME YOU BELIEVE THAT YOU ARE NOT RECEIVING ADEQUATE VALUE FROM ANY ADVISORY PROGRAM, IT IS YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE RESPONSIBILITY TO NOTIFY THE COMPANY IN WRITING AND REQUEST CANCELLATION OF YOUR ENROLLMENT. SUCH NOTICE MUST BE PROVIDED IMMEDIATELY UPON FORMING THAT BELIEF AND IN NO EVENT LATER THAN THIRTY (30) CALENDAR DAYS FOLLOWING THE CLOSE OF THE BILLING PERIOD IN WHICH YOU FIRST FORMED THAT BELIEF. FAILURE TO PROVIDE TIMELY WRITTEN NOTICE SHALL CONSTITUTE YOUR BINDING REPRESENTATION THAT YOU WERE SATISFIED WITH THE ADVISORY SERVICES RENDERED DURING THE PERIOD IN QUESTION, AND ALL CLAIMS OR DEMANDS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THAT PERIOD SHALL BE DEEMED IRREVOCABLY WAIVED AND RELEASED.

No External Representations
The Company is not responsible for any claim, statement, representation, promise, expectation, or inducement communicated to you by any person or source other than the Company’s own written enrollment agreement, including but not limited to statements made by referral partners, affiliates, other program participants, social media content, video or podcast content, email communications not originating from the Company, live event presentations by third parties, or word of mouth. No such external communication constitutes a representation or warranty by Wisdom Books Holdings, LLC, Total Online Media, LLC, or Advanced Business Growth, LLC, and none creates any refund right, cancellation right, or other obligation on the part of the Company beyond the terms expressly set forth herein.

Sole Service Commitment
The only service Wisdom Books Holdings, LLC, Total Online Media, LLC, and Advanced Business Growth, LLC commit to provide through any advisory program is advisory guidance – specifically, sharing knowledge, experience, and perspective during agreed-upon sessions, and appearing at those sessions as scheduled. No specific business outcome, revenue result, profit improvement, or other benefit is promised, guaranteed, or implied. The advisory relationship does not create a fiduciary duty, partnership, agency, or any other duty of care beyond the foregoing.
